Payment

All therapy sessions last 45-50 minutes and my fee is $150 per session. Payment is due at the time of service and can be discussed during a phone consultation.

I reserve a limited number of sliding scale spots for clients who are unable to pay my full fee.

Insurance

I do not accept insurance at this time. I do provide monthly superbills (a receipt of paid services) to submit to your insurance provider for out of network claims reimbursement.
*It is the client’s responsibility to determine if their health insurance provider offers such reimbursements.

To find out if your insurance company offer such reimbursements, I recommend calling your insurance company and asking the following questions:

• Does my plan include “out-of-network” coverage for mental health services?

• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?

• Does my plan limit how many therapy sessions I can have
  per calendar year? If so, what is this number?

• Is there any other information I will need to receive reimbursements,
  such as a written letter of approval from my primary care physician?
