Good Faith Estimate

As a client, you have a right to receive a Good Faith Estimate from your clinician.

The Good Faith Estimate is a provision of the No Surprises Act and is designed to protect clients from receiving unexpected medical bills. This right went into effect in January 2021 after Congress passed legislation to protect patients from excessive surprise bills for their medical treatment. Under this law, healthcare providers are required to share an estimate of the bill for services with clients who don’t have insurance or are not using insurance.
